This a somewhat crude, proof-of-concept, not robust, not efficient, decoder for the timesignal broadcast
by Poland as phase modulation on 225 kHz.
It is to be used by first opening
http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/?tune=225cw
in one browser tab, tuned to 225 kHz CW,
then opening this page in a second tab,
and then having some patience.
I've tested it under Firefox, and it may also work under Chrome and Opera; other
browsers may lack the necessary communication between tabs.
