This a somewhat crude, proof-of-concept, not robust, decoder for the timesignal broadcast by TDF as phasemodulation on France Inter's 162 kHz carrier.
It is to be used by first opening http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/ in one browser tab, tuning to 162 kHz CW, then opening this page in a second tab, and then having some patience.
I've tested it under Firefox, and it may also work under Chrome and Opera; other browsers lack the necessary communication between tabs.

Bits received during previous minute:

  | | tomorrow publ.hol.--' | | | C C | | minutes hours day weekday month year
  | | today public holiday -' | | E E | |
  | | to be ignored ----' | S T | `--- unused, always 1
  | | summer time announcement--' T `----- unused, always 0

  | `---- negative leap second announcement
  `------ positive leap second announcement

Information about the signal and the individual bits can be found on Wikipedia, but is not quite correct w.r.t. to the leap second bits; French standard NF C 90-002 gives all the details, but doesn't seem to be available online.
